About the role
Provide technical support and application engineering expertise for the Nordic region. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Operations teams to solve technical challenges and deliver engineering support.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support across Wet Seals, Couplings, Filtration products. • Support Sales and Service with technical sales and presentations. • Investigate technical issues and perform root cause analysis. • Deliver engineering support to Service and Customer Operations. • Collaborate on technical training and product selection globally.
What you’ll bring
• Degree qualified Engineer (BEng, MEng or equivalent). • Strong engineering principles and application methodologies. • Experience in technical troubleshooting and solution development. • Proficiency with CAD and engineering simulation tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
