About the role
Provide technical support and application engineering expertise for the Nordic region. Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Operations teams to solve technical challenges and deliver engineering support.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical support across Wet Seals, Couplings, Filtration products. • Support Sales and Service with technical sales and solution development. • Investigate technical issues and perform root cause analysis. • Deliver engineering support to Service and Customer Operations teams. • Collaborate on technical training and product selection activities.
What you’ll bring
• Degree qualified Engineer (BEng, MEng or equivalent). • Strong engineering principles and application engineering knowledge. • Experience in technical troubleshooting and solution development. • Proficiency with CAD and engineering simulation tools. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
