About the role
Lead the backend engineering team focused on admin experience for NodeZero customers. Manage team direction, feature delivery, and platform reliability.
What you’ll do
• Lead and grow the Admin Experience engineering team. • Partner with Product to shape roadmap and priorities. • Guide backend services, APIs, and data model design. • Balance feature delivery with production support. • Recruit, onboard, and develop engineers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Experience leading backend software engineering teams. • Strong backend architecture and API design skills. • Experience with identity, access control, and multi-tenant systems. • Experience hiring and coaching engineers.
