About the role
Lead a team of engineers to own and evolve Lyft's dynamic pricing systems. Partner with leadership to define roadmap and ensure operational excellence.
What you’ll do
• Drive engineering execution from planning to delivery. • Define engineering vision and plans with Science and Product. • Facilitate cross-functional decision-making and resolve blockers. • Own architectural decisions and production readiness. • Hire, develop and retain a diverse engineering team.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent. • 5+ years software development experience. • 3+ years people management experience. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
