About the role

• Lead engineering, maintenance, utilities, and technical teams. • Develop maintenance programmes to reduce downtime. • Ensure equipment and infrastructure lifecycle management. • Enforce engineering standards and GMP compliance. • Manage budgets, projects, and external service providers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • 10 years engineering experience, 5 in senior leadership. • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing. • Knowledge of maintenance, utilities, and GMP compliance. • Professional engineering membership advantageous.
