About the role
Lead the Integrity and Attestation team to secure Anthropic's compute infrastructure and ensure trusted machine identity and software provenance. Set team priorities and collaborate with hardware and infrastructure partners to maintain security at scale.
What you’ll do
• Own integrity roadmap from silicon to workloads. • Design and implement remote attestation and measured boot. • Make attestation default for machine credentials. • Build provenance for deployed artifacts and model weights. • Lead protection of sensitive data and secure server management.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years managing engineering teams. • 8+ years hands-on platform or security engineering. • Experience with remote attestation and hardware roots of trust. • Strong threat modeling and risk assessment skills. • Comfortable leading cross-team and vendor collaborations.
