• Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development. • Contribute code, design reviews, and debugging. • Drive architecture, relevance, latency, and reliability. • Improve engagement, lead conversion, and agent workflows. • Integrate AI-powered discovery and shape product roadmap.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software engineering experience. • 2+ years managing engineering teams. • Experience with search, relevance, ranking systems. • Expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, React. • Experience with scalable microservices and cloud-native AWS.
