About the role
Perform intermediate maintenance and repair work across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool operations. Troubleshoot independently while maintaining high quality and guest service standards.
What you’ll do
• Complete preventative maintenance and engineering projects. • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems. • Maintain pools, spas, and water features. • Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring repairs. • Use maintenance software to manage work orders.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years maintenance or skilled trades experience. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver's license. • Certified Pool Operator certification or ability to obtain. • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
