Manage and coordinate technical and industrial skills training for manufacturing and operations staff. Ensure quality delivery of training courses and link training with talent management.

• Manage technical and industrial skills training. • Coordinate external and internal trainers. • Ensure administrative and technical course requirements. • Collect trainee feedback and evaluate courses. • Maintain training database and develop KPIs.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years professional experience. • Background in refining and petrochemical technologies. • Knowledge of international and American codes. • Experience in Saudi Arabia / Middle East. • Fluent English, written and spoken.
