About the role
The Enrollment Specialist builds trusted relationships with prospective students and guides them through the university's enrollment process. They provide excellent service to help students identify appropriate higher education programs for their success.
What you’ll do
• Master enrollment process including financial aid. • Communicate value propositions to prospective students. • Resolve student issues with critical thinking. • Guide students through enrollment and assess qualifications. • Maintain accurate student information confidentially.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree required. • 1+ year customer service or admissions experience preferred. • Confident telephone presence and communication skills. • Self-motivated and able to work in a team. • Must complete Enrollment Specialist training and assessments.
