About the role
Support Public Sector Enterprise customers deploying and adopting Samsara's IoT solutions. Manage customer relationships and ensure successful technology deployment.
What you’ll do
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers. • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage. • Track implementation progress and account health. • Run training sessions and demonstrate technology. • Work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experience.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in senior Customer Success or strategic consulting. • Experience with technical products and SaaS preferred. • Strong problem solving and communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution. • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
