About the role
Lead technical operations and continuous improvement of client cloud and security environments. Provide hands-on support and mentorship within managed services.
What you’ll do
• Operate and maintain client Azure environments securely. • Handle escalated security incidents and remediation. • Support Microsoft 365 service areas intersecting with cloud and security. • Participate in incident response and escalation handling. • Coach technicians and improve service delivery processes.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years cloud engineering or architecture experience. • 3+ years Azure security operations experience. • Expertise in Azure infrastructure and security architecture. • Experience with Microsoft Defender and Sentinel tools. • Strong communication and client engagement skills.
