About the role
Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts ensuring successful delivery of vendor compliance services. Drive service execution, maximize product adoption, and strengthen client relationships.
What you’ll do
• Serve as primary contact for enterprise clients. • Build trusted relationships with operational leaders and executives. • Coordinate due diligence documentation gathering. • Oversee work of TPRM Specialists. • Partner with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in customer success or account management. • Experience managing enterprise-level accounts. • Support complex multi-division clients. • Experience in high-growth SaaS or B2B services. • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
