Environmental Health And Safety (EHS) Team Member

About the role
Support daily coordination and implementation of Intersect's safety programs. Maintain proactive safety and environmental risk management across clean energy projects.
What you’ll do
• Ensure site compliance with laws and company EHS policies. • Collect and report EHS targets and safety metrics. • Track EHS budgets and compile project data. • Maintain training databases and monitor attendance. • Perform site visits and assist field teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s in Safety Management, Environmental Management, or related. • 2–4 years in industrial construction or energy projects. • ASP, CHST, or OSHA 30-Hour preferred or willing to obtain. • Basic Root Cause Analysis and incident investigation knowledge. • Complete FEMA IS-100, 200, 700, 800 training upon hire.
