About the role
Lead and complete building assessment projects following ASTM standards and client scopes. Travel to client sites for on-site assessments and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Conduct on-site building assessments and prepare detailed reports. • Review previous assessment reports and regulatory records. • Communicate with local authorities about property violations. • Travel up to 50% of workweek to client sites. • Maintain communication with leadership on project status.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Valid driver's license with clean record. • Proficient in report writing and project management software. • Knowledge of construction materials and environmental standards. • Ability to work independently and remotely.
