About the role
Configure, roll out, and support Ambulatory Epic applications. Analyze system requirements and resolve user issues.
What you’ll do
• Plan, design, test, implement, and support Epic software. • Analyze system requirements and document workflows. • Configure Epic environments and update systems. • Manage small to medium projects independently. • Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years systems administration in Epic modules. • Epic Application Certification within 6 months. • Associates degree or 2 years relevant experience. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Preferred: Epic Ambulatory and healthcare experience.
