About the role
Support testing activities for the OPAL ERP and DW/BI project to modernize city financial and procurement systems. Conduct testing, training, and ongoing support for ERP software.
What you’ll do
• Develop and support detailed test plans and strategies. • Coordinate with development teams for thorough testing. • Identify, log, and track defects. • Provide feedback on software usability and functionality. • Train team in software testing best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in related field or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years ERP systems and integrations experience. • Technical expertise with SQL, R, or Python. • Experience with ERP and DW/BI implementations preferred. • Knowledge of software testing tools and SDLC.
