About the role
Design, optimize, and deploy generative AI architectures with real business impact. Manage projects autonomously and communicate value to executives.
What you’ll do
• Design and optimize deep learning and transformer architectures. • Lead fine-tuning and scalable GenAI services. • Define evaluation and safety frameworks for AI. • Communicate strategic impact to executives. • Manage GenAI project portfolio and roadmap. • Mentor team and document best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Physics or related. • 4-6+ years in generative AI or ML engineering. • Experience with deep learning and transformers. • Knowledge of fine-tuning with LoRA/PEFT. • Familiarity with LLM APIs and multimodal AI. • Experience optimizing inference with GPU/TPU.
