About the role
As an Estimator at DEME Infra, you develop competitive cost estimates for civil and marine infrastructure projects. You analyze technical and contractual requirements and contribute to project strategy and feasibility.
What you’ll do
• Analyze tender documents and technical specifications. • Prepare detailed project cost estimates. • Determine quantities, production rates, and equipment needs. • Assess constructability, logistics, and safety considerations. • Collaborate with specialists to optimize project approach.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or master's in Civil or Construction Engineering. • Experience in cost estimation and technical analysis. • Affinity with civil works and marine construction. • Fluent in Dutch and English. • Proficient in Excel and estimation tools.
