About the role
The Evaluation Officer will design and deliver evaluations and impact assessments for projects, ensuring consistent application of Extension Africa's Research & Evaluation Framework. The role involves fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting to provide reliable evidence for clients and partners.
What you’ll do
• Design and deliver needs assessments and evaluations. • Apply UNDP and OECD-DAC evaluation criteria. • Conduct baseline, midline, endline, and impact assessments. • Travel up to 20% for field data collection. • Produce reliable reports for clients and donors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred. • 3+ years in monitoring and evaluation. • Experience with UNDP or OECD-DAC evaluation standards. • Proficient in digital data collection tools. • Skilled in statistical software and report writing.
