About the role
Manage event planning, sales, coordination, and execution to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Oversee conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and other events ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
What you’ll do
• Develop strategies to increase event bookings and revenue. • Manage events from enquiry to completion. • Coordinate venue setup and event-day management. • Prepare event budgets and monitor costs. • Maintain excellent client communication and handle complaints.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related field. • 4-6 years experience in event management or hospitality. • At least 2 years in supervisory or management role. • Strong knowledge of event planning and banquet operations. • Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills.
