About the role
The Evidence and Impact Associate supports production of performance indexes and develops actionable policy materials. They curate research outputs and package evidence for advocacy and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Support bi-annual Public Sector Performance Index production. • Develop playbooks, toolkits, and policy briefs. • Curate research for curricula and upskilling. • Package evidence into narratives and dashboards. • Support reporting and document reform cases.
What you’ll bring
• Second-Class Upper degree in relevant field. • 4 years experience in research or advocacy. • Strong research, writing, and data visualization skills. • Experience producing policy briefs or advocacy materials. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data visualization tools a plus.
