About the role
Serve as the direct link between executives and staff to coordinate operations and ensure alignment with company values. Manage production schedules, budgets, and interdepartmental communication to support organizational goals.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate production schedules with department heads. • Maintain and enforce production deadlines. • Convert executive goals into operational plans. • Supervise department managers and evaluate employee participation. • Manage budgets and allocate resources across projects.
What you’ll bring
• Provide 5 to 10 hours weekly with consistent communication. • Submit a work sample with application. • Ability to coordinate communication between departments. • Experience resolving operational problems and personnel conflicts. • Develop workflow systems and operational protocols.
