About the role
Lead the talent science team to teach senior executives how to source senior technology talent. Drive hiring outcomes and talent analytics to improve recruitment processes.
What you’ll do
• Develop search strategy for business talent acquisition. • Coach senior leadership on sourcing and attracting talent. • Drive talent analytics using SQL or Python. • Conduct in-depth behavioural talent interviews. • Build relationships with global stakeholders and monitor hiring activities.
What you’ll bring
• Experience headhunting senior tech talent in search firm or in-house. • Knowledge of psychometric assessments. • Strong analytical skills with SQL or Python. • Experience conducting behavioural competency interviews. • Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology or related field.
