About the role
Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences and efficient service delivery.
What you’ll do
• Manage front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff. • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly. • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and service standards. • Prepare daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and feedback. • Monitor check-in/check-out, room readiness, and inventory.
What you’ll bring
• Proximity to Agege, Ogba, Ikeja, Ojodu Berger, Ojota, Akute, Ketu. • HND or BSc in Hospitality Management or related fields. • NYSC certificate. • 2-5 years supervisory hotel experience, front desk or operations preferred.
