About the role
Lead improvements in production environments and implement digital solutions on the shopfloor. Manage complex manufacturing and shopfloor initiatives from analysis to operational results.
What you’ll do
• Advise clients on optimizing manufacturing and shopfloor processes. • Design and implement production and shopfloor management systems. • Analyze production planning and conduct capacity and performance analyses. • Lead potential and maturity assessments for production processes. • Select and integrate digital production solutions like MES/MOM and SAP.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering or shopfloor management. • Experience in production process analysis and improvement. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and shopfloor management tools. • Experience with digital production systems and data analysis. • Strong stakeholder management and workshop moderation skills.
