About the role
Teach Industrial and Organizational Psychology courses remotely to adult learners. Support student engagement and success in a diverse university environment.
What you’ll do
• Provide timely feedback on assessments. • Maintain inclusive, student-centric learning environment. • Complete grading and administrative tasks on deadlines. • Maintain professional training and scholarly activities. • Identify at-risk students and collaborate with student services.
What you’ll bring
• Doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field. • 3-5 years work experience in Industrial Organizational Psychology. • Preferred graduate or doctoral teaching experience. • Experience with dissertation committees preferred. • Scholarly activity and research experience preferred.
