About the role
Manage a 40-acre farm in Ilewo Orile, Abeokuta, overseeing daily operations and maximizing production. Collaborate with other farm managers and lead farmland transformation.
What you’ll do
• Daily reporting to management board. • Manage inventory and farm diary. • Oversee farm, equipment and workers daily. • Develop planting, harvesting and irrigation strategies. • Implement organic pest control and fertilization.
What you’ll bring
• Proven practical farm management experience. • Minimum 3 months crop or animal farm work. • Willingness to do light manual farm work. • Good written and spoken English. • Higher institution qualification in agriculture.
