About the role
Manage federal IT systems including identity management, collaboration tools, and security compliance. Provide support and documentation for federal and commercial IT environments.
What you’ll do
• Lead configuration and maintenance of Federal Okta instance. • Manage Gov Slack and Google Workspace permissions. • Provide front-line support for Federal end-users. • Author and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles. • Assist in IT security audits and access control.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications. • 1-3 years managing IT systems with SaaS tools. • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Ability to obtain government security clearance. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
