About the role
The Hotel Receptionist welcomes guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles reservations and enquiries, and ensures professional guest service throughout their stay.
What you’ll do
• Attend to walk-in guests and provide information. • Verify guest identification and reservation details. • Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness. • Handle guest enquiries and transfer calls. • Issue receipts and prepare guest bills.
What you’ll bring
• Basic computer knowledge and hotel software familiarity. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Previous hotel reception or customer service experience desirable. • Minimum SSCE; OND or HND in Hospitality or related field advantageous. • Honesty, patience, neatness, and attention to detail.
