About the role
Serve as the technical bridge between Tenstorrent and customers across Southeast Asia. Support AI and machine learning workload evaluations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
What you’ll do
• Work closely with customers, partners, sales, and engineering teams. • Guide technical evaluations and deployments of AI platforms. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. • Build regional customer relationships. • Travel regularly throughout Southeast Asia.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years experience with AI hardware and software technology. • Experience in customer-facing technical roles like Field Application Engineer. • Strong Python and AI/ML framework skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • Willingness to travel for installations and support.
