About the role
The Field Credit Officer conducts field visits for credit monitoring and loan recovery. They engage customers to assess repayment capacity and ensure compliance with repayment plans.

• Conduct field visits for credit monitoring and loan recovery. • Engage customers to assess repayment capacity. • Monitor loan accounts and follow up on repayments. • Document field activities and customer engagements. • Identify and escalate high-risk loan accounts.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field. • 1-2 years experience in credit operations or loan recovery. • Knowledge of credit administration and loan recovery. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
