About the role
The Field Credit Officer monitors loan accounts, ensures compliance with credit policies, and recovers delinquent loans through field visits and customer engagement.
What you’ll do
• Ensure credit and recovery comply with policies and laws. • Monitor loan accounts and follow up on repayments. • Identify and escalate high-risk loan accounts. • Document field activities and customer engagements. • Conduct field visits for credit monitoring and recovery.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2 years experience in credit or loan recovery. • Knowledge of credit administration and loan recovery. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
