About the role
Lead and execute field operations for mineral exploration projects in Sweden and potentially other Nordic or European jurisdictions. Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient project delivery across 1–3 concurrent projects annually.
What you’ll do
• Lead planning of complex exploration projects and development programs. • Manage procurement strategies and contractor selection. • Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans. • Lead end-to-end project execution and field activities. • Ensure regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years in field operations in mining or related industry. • Advanced knowledge of Nordic winter construction methods. • Strong procurement and contract administration skills. • Ability to manage complex field programs and teams. • Fluent in Swedish and English with valid First Aid Certification.
