About the role
The Field Recovery Officer is responsible for tracking, locating, and recovering stolen or defaulted assets while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The role requires strong investigation, verification, and customer engagement skills.
What you’ll do
• Track, locate, and recover stolen or defaulted assets. • Ensure recovery activities comply with policies and legal requirements. • Engage professionally with customers and third parties. • Collaborate with internal teams to meet recovery targets. • Prepare recovery reports and maintain accurate records.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Must ride motorcycle with valid license. • Experience in asset recovery and field investigations. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
