About the role
Lead and supervise the field sales team in Abuja to drive sales targets and customer engagement.
What you’ll do
• Identify new business opportunities and key accounts. • Develop and implement sales strategies. • Supervise and motivate field sales representatives. • Prepare and submit sales reports. • Manage customer complaints and resolve issues.
What you’ll bring
• Physically fit for active field work. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting. • OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing or related field. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Minimum 3 years field sales experience, 1 year supervisory.
