About the role
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot telecommunications and network equipment on-site. Provide technical support and ensure network service quality for customers.
What you’ll do
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot telecom equipment. • Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and testing. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and hardware faults. • Prepare service and maintenance reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in relevant engineering field. • 2-4 years experience in field engineering or telecommunications. • Knowledge of network infrastructure and fiber optics. • Hands-on experience with telecom equipment installation and troubleshooting. • Good communication and customer service skills.
