About the role
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer training on new and existing machines. Travel extensively to customer sites for equipment service and support.
What you’ll do
• Travel 80% to customer sites for startup, troubleshooting, and training. • Recommend repair parts and product improvements. • Train customers on equipment maintenance and operation. • Prepare travel expense records and field reports. • Collaborate with engineering to solve machine problems.
What you’ll bring
• High School diploma or equivalent. • 5 years experience as industrial or mobile heavy equipment mechanic. • PLC and CanBus troubleshooting preferred. • Mechanical aptitude with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical knowledge. • Valid Drivers License and Passport required.
