About the role
The Field Support Engineer resolves technical issues on-site and supervises telecommunications equipment maintenance. They install, test, and commission equipment to meet engineering and customer standards.
What you’ll do
• Resolve technical issues with the team on the field. • Prepare system activity and performance reports. • Monitor and analyze system performance and network traffic. • Install, test, and commission telecommunications equipment. • Work at heights to install antennas and equipment.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline. • 3-5 years experience in ICT/Telecommunication sector. • Training in Wireless Radio Communication technologies. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong knowledge of ISP industry and operations.
