About the role
Manage financial transactions, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. Support statutory audits and maintain treasury documentation.
What you’ll do
• Maintain schedule of FX purchased and FDs made. • Ensure payment to vendors and staff per terms and contracts. • Supervise office assistant and manage document filing. • Submit daily bank balance reports by 10am. • Support statutory audit and provide documents within 24 hours.
What you’ll bring
• Responsible and honest. • Good knowledge of MS Office. • Experience in ERP and posting receipts and payments. • Ability to manage bank reconciliations. • Update statutory compliances as required.
