About the role
Oversee financial aspects of inventory management ensuring accurate stock records and timely reconciliations. Collaborate with finance, warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy and document transactions.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate financial records of inventory transactions. • Perform regular inventory reconciliations. • Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions. • Coordinate physical stock counts and verify goods received. • Review and process inventory-related credit notes and adjustments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • 2-5 years experience in inventory accounting or finance operations. • Experience with stock counts and inventory reconciliations. • Understanding of credit notes and inventory valuation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
