Finance Assistant

About the role
Provide administrative and transactional support to the Finance Department by preparing, verifying, tracking, and filing financial documentation in compliance with procedures and donor requirements. Support accurate processing of payments, advances, and partner documentation through coordination with relevant departments.
What you’ll do
• Scan, upload, classify, and archive finance documents. • Prepare and verify cash payment vouchers. • Manage daily cashbook and conduct cash counts. • Review partner financial documents for compliance. • Liaise with departments to resolve discrepancies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Strong organization and attention to detail. • Good communication and training skills. • Experience with computerized accounting systems. • Knowledge of donor environment and NGO experience.
