About the role
Provide administrative and transactional support to the Finance Department by preparing, verifying, tracking, and filing financial documentation. Support accurate processing of payments, advances, and partner documentation through coordination with relevant departments.
What you’ll do
• Scan, upload, and archive finance supporting documents. • Prepare and verify cash payment vouchers. • Manage daily cashbook and conduct cash counts. • Verify payment vouchers for stakeholders and staff. • Review partner financial documents for compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance. • Strong organization and attention to detail. • Good communication and training skills. • Experience with SAGA accounting system. • Prior NGO/INGO finance experience.
