About the role
Manage bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and financial reporting across multiple entities. Ensure compliance with UK statutory requirements and support the CEO with financial insights.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accounting records in QuickBooks Online. • Prepare and submit VAT returns and statutory filings. • Process payroll and RTI returns. • Raise purchase orders and sales invoices. • Reconcile bank and intercompany accounts weekly.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in finance or bookkeeping for multiple entities. • Advanced QuickBooks Online skills. • Knowledge of UK VAT and Making Tax Digital. • Experience with UK payroll and RTI submissions. • Familiarity with Companies House and HMRC compliance.
