About the role
Provide financial control, project cost visibility, and corporate administration for a lean execution team. Combine financial accounting, management accounting, and financial modelling with HR and office services coordination.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate HR administration, payroll, recruitment logistics, and training records. • Maintain general ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and contract milestones. • Coordinate office services, fleet, IT, security, and insurance claims. • Manage cash forecasts, payment runs, statutory reporting, tax filings, and audits. • Build and maintain financial models for cash needs and project scenarios.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years accounting and financial analysis experience. • Knowledge of Nigerian tax, statutory reporting, and payroll. • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. • Professional qualification such as ICAN, ACA, ACCA or CFA. • Strong project cost accounting and financial modelling skills.
