About the role
Support global brand finance for UGG and HOKA by analyzing investments and financial performance. Partner with marketing, merchandising, and finance teams to improve planning and decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. • Build ROI and campaign performance frameworks. • Support 3-5 year revenue and margin planning. • Translate product and pricing decisions into financial implications. • Partner to improve inventory visibility and scenario planning.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 1+ years in FP&A or related role. • Strong Excel modeling skills. • Experience with Hyperion or similar systems preferred. • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
