About the role
Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis to support business decisions and monitor financial performance. Collaborate with marketing and business teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Participate in budgeting including accrual and cash budgeting. • Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. • Monitor and analyze budget weekly for deviations and risks. • Manage full reporting closing cycle for marketing. • Support contract approval from Finance perspective.
What you’ll bring
• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 5+ years in Finance, Financial Analysis, or FP&A. • Strong knowledge of management accounting and budgeting. • Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau skills. • Fluent Ukrainian and Intermediate+ English.
