About the role
Engage in financial due diligence and transaction accounting tasks using AI tools. Review financial analyses and develop task instructions and evaluation criteria.
What you’ll do
• Review financial due diligence and carve-out analyses for accuracy. • Identify unsupported adjustments and reconciliation issues. • Use agentic AI tools to support review and develop materials. • Help develop task instructions and objective grading criteria.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in financial due diligence or transaction services. • Direct responsibility for transaction-related financial analyses. • Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools. • Experience at Big Four or leading advisory preferred. • CPA qualification preferred.
