About the role
Supports the Head of Group FP&A in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cycles. Acts as FP&A resource for smaller subsidiaries without dedicated analysts.
What you’ll do
• Maintain and update Group consolidation model monthly. • Provide forecasting and budgeting support to subsidiaries. • Prepare Board and management reporting packs. • Support annual budget process and variance commentary. • Run variance analysis and maintain KPI tracking.
What you’ll bring
• Part-qualified or qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA. • 4-6 years experience in FP&A or financial analysis. • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. • Experience with multi-entity or multi-currency numbers. • Experience in banking, fintech or regulated environment preferred.
