About the role
The Financial Solutions Advisor partners with learners to develop funding plans for education, removing financial obstacles. They guide learners through federal aid, military benefits, employer benefits, and self-pay options to increase access and affordability.
What you’ll do
• Partner with learners on federal student aid and military benefits. • Guide learners through FAFSA and verification processes. • Consult on payment plans and employer tuition benefits. • Engage learners via calls, email, SMS, and live chat. • Document interactions and meet monthly metrics.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years relevant experience. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Knowledge of federal student aid and military benefits. • Ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Must meet secure federal/state website access requirements.
